Can make calls but can't receive them

Symptoms

• Outgoing calls work fine but incoming calls go straight to voicemail
• Phone doesn't ring at all for incoming calls
• Caller says it rings on their end but nothing happens on yours
• Issue started after a settings change or new phone setup

4. Confirm ringer volume is turned up and not set to silent or vibrate-only.
5. Ask someone to call you while you watch the phone, to see if it's truly not ringing versus ringing silently.
6. Contact your carrier to check for an account-side issue specifically affecting incoming calls.
