Do I need an account?
No. After checkout, Pro is switched on for the device you paid on and you get a Pro key. Paste that key on your other devices to use Pro there too. We never ask for a password.
Is the free version going away?
No. Operator stays free with 5 new cases a day. Pro is for people who fix things often.
How do I cancel?
Open your Pro page and choose Manage billing. You can cancel anytime in two clicks. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. Operator never sees or stores your card number.
Are payments refundable?
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
Is Pro professional advice?
No. Pro gives deeper AI troubleshooting information, and it can still be wrong. For safety-critical, electrical, gas, structural, medical or automotive safety problems, use a qualified professional.
