Stroller won't fold or unfold

Symptoms

3. Clean visible dirt or sand out of the hinge areas with a brush and a dry cloth.
4. With the stroller upright and stable, apply steady, even pressure while triggering the fold rather than forcing it from an angle.
5. Fully open the stroller first if it's stuck partway, then try folding again from a fully open, locked position.
6. Apply a small amount of lubricant to visibly stiff hinge points if cleaning doesn't help.
7. If a specific mechanism looks visibly bent, broken, or the spring-loaded catch doesn't move, stop forcing it and check the warranty.
