- Run a manual/test dispense from the app or the unit's own button to confirm the motor turns and food comes out.
- Clean the dispensing chute and auger area with a dry brush to remove dust, oil residue from food, or stuck debris.
- If the motor runs but nothing moves, or it makes a straining sound, the auger or gear mechanism may need professional repair or replacement.
