What to do
- Restart the speaker by unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- Restart your phone's Wi-Fi and make sure the phone is joined to your home Wi-Fi, not mobile data.
- If your router has separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz network names, select the 2.4GHz one during setup.
- Move the speaker within about 10 feet of the router just for setup, then relocate it after it connects.
- Re-enter the Wi-Fi password carefully, watching for autocorrect or case-sensitive characters.
- Delete the device from the app and start setup again from scratch.
- Temporarily disable any guest network isolation or MAC filtering on the router, then re-enable it after setup.

If the speaker still won't connect after a factory reset and router restart, contact the manufacturer's support since it may be a hardware Wi-Fi fault.
