What to do
- Turn off the water supply and clear the cabinet under the sink for access.
- Locate the mounting nut(s) on the faucet's shank(s) from underneath.
- Tighten the nut(s) with a basin wrench or adjustable wrench, checking the faucet stays centered on top.
- If there's a separate deck plate, tighten its mounting hardware the same way.
- Once secure, check the faucet base for cracked or missing caulk and reseal with a small bead of kitchen and bath silicone caulk if needed.
- Let caulk cure per the label before running water over that area.
- Turn the water back on and confirm the faucet no longer moves when pushed.
