What to do

- Check that the drain plug or cap is fully and correctly seated.
- If using a continuous drain hose, verify it's securely attached and slopes continuously downhill to its exit point.
- Wipe up any standing water and monitor the next few hours of operation for renewed leaking.
- If leaking continues after leveling and draining, the internal pump or float sensor (on self-evaporating models) may have failed.
