3. For a removable keyboard, carefully pop off the affected keycap (a keycap puller helps) and clean underneath with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol.
4. Check Windows/Mac accessibility settings to make sure 'Sticky Keys' or 'Filter Keys' isn't accidentally turned on.
5. Confirm the keyboard language/layout setting matches your physical keyboard.
6. Test the keys in a plain text editor to rule out an app-specific issue.
