Likely causes

- Clean around the float and remove any built-up debris that could be jamming it.
- Try a full power cycle by switching off the breaker for a minute, then run a cycle again.
- If water still doesn't enter, the inlet valve screen or valve itself likely needs cleaning or replacement by a technician.
