Can't print from a phone or tablet

Symptoms

3. Check the printer's own settings menu to ensure AirPrint (iOS) or Mopria/mobile printing (Android) is enabled.
4. Update or reinstall the manufacturer's printing app on the phone.
5. Restart both the phone's Wi-Fi and the printer to refresh their network connections.
6. If your router has a guest network or AP isolation setting, make sure the printer isn't isolated from other devices.
7. As a workaround, try Wi-Fi Direct or Bluetooth printing directly from phone to printer if the printer supports it.
