Immersion (stick) blender won't start

Symptoms

4. For cordless models, place it on the charging base and confirm the charging light comes on; let it charge fully before testing again.
5. Remove the blade attachment and check for jammed food debris preventing the shaft from turning.
6. If it still won't start with a fully attached shaft, full charge, and known-good outlet, the motor has likely failed and replacement is usually more practical than repair.
