Likely causes

- Remove any visible ice jam in the tray or around the ejector fingers using warm water, not force.
- Watch one full cycle to see if water actually enters during the fill portion.
- If water enters but ice doesn't eject, the ejector motor or gear assembly may be worn.
- If no water enters despite an open valve and good filter, the water inlet valve or control module likely needs testing.
