Condenser (ventless) dryer shows water tank full or won't drain

Symptoms

Likely causes

4. If your model has an optional direct-drain hose, check it for kinks or blockages instead of relying on the tank.
5. Clean the condenser unit per your manual's instructions, usually a removable filter or unit that needs periodic rinsing.
6. Run a test cycle and monitor how quickly the tank fills to gauge if it's normal or excessive.
7. If the tank fills unusually fast even after cleaning the condenser, have a technician check the condenser efficiency and water sensor.
