- Run a descaling cycle using a 50/50 white vinegar and water mix, or a commercial descaler, filling the reservoir and running a full brew cycle with no coffee.
- Run two to three cycles of plain water afterward to rinse out the vinegar taste.
- If the problem continues, the machine should brew a full pot again; if not, the heating element or valve likely needs professional repair or replacement.
